These terms

boxtruckdispatch.com is run by BoxTruckDispatch ("BoxTruckDispatch", "we"). We provide box truck dispatch services to motor carriers running 26 ft box trucks. We are a dispatch service working for the carrier. We are not a freight broker, a load board, an insurance agency, a lender or a law firm.

Dispatch service terms

This website describes our service and our fee. The dispatch service itself is provided only under a written dispatch agreement that you sign with us. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the agreement controls. Sending an application doesn't create a dispatch relationship and doesn't oblige either of us to work together.

We don't promise any rate, rate increase, number of loads or income. Freight markets change, and examples on this site are labeled as examples.

Guides are general information

Our guides explain regulations, costs and business practices in general terms. They are not legal, tax, insurance or financial advice and they don't replace advice from a professional who knows your situation. Rules change and states add their own; check the official source we link and your state agencies before you act. We date our guides and correct errors when we find them (see our editorial policy).

When a guide mentions another company, program or product, the facts come from that company's own public pages on the date shown. A mention isn't an endorsement or a partnership.

Calculators are estimates

Our calculators give estimates from the numbers you enter. Their defaults are examples, not typical or average figures. Results don't account for everything that affects your business and are not advice. Check important decisions, such as buying a truck, accepting a load or hiring a driver, with your own records and professionals.

Forms and contact

When you send a form, you confirm that the information is yours and accurate, and that you're authorized to share details about the business and trucks you list. How we handle that information is described in our privacy policy.

Acceptable use

Please don't:

• send false, misleading or someone else's information through our forms;
• try to break, overload or get around the security of the site, including the spam checks;
• scrape or copy the site in bulk, or reuse our content in a way that suggests we endorse you;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Other websites

We link to official sources such as FMCSA, eCFR, the IRS and state agencies, and to companies whose facts we cite. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Our content

The text, graphics, calculators and design of this site belong to BoxTruckDispatch or its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own business use and link to them freely. Any other copying needs our written permission.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it is error-free, complete, current or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses from relying on general information or calculator results on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
